We had a wonderful time at the Bliss pool! What made our time memorable was The Joy Squad!! They were great! Mabel and Edson were fantástico! They were fun, friendly and personable! They made our time so fun!! We are going back tomorrow!! Bendiciones!
We had a great time. The workers in the Joy Squad, Adiel and Maybel and so many others, were great and they made sure we had a lot of fun! The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed. The pool was clean and we had a nice vacation.
The last few days we’ve been sheltering in place at the Bliss - and the staff that has been here with us have been absolutely incredible. Arturo and Veronica in the joy squad kept us busy with activities. And Salvador and Enrique worked so tirelessly bringing food. Things are back to normal now but I Can’t thank them all enough! Great Job

The property is beautiful and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The property is extensive and can be walked or you can take a system of golf carts. The activities are very fun and inclusive, Adile and the activity staff are so fun and kind.
Jesús Valdez, made our experience unforgettable! His games were incredibly fun, creative, and had everyone laughing the whole time. He has a great sense of humor and knows exactly how to get people involved without making anyone feel uncomfortable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows in the energy he brings. Huge shout-out to Jesús for making our day so much more enjoyable!
On 10/25/25 the Joy Squad came and surprised my friend with a wonderful birthday banner and balloons and saying happy birthday to her. She turned 70 they were so sweet and wonderful and it was the best birthday she has ever had in her entire life. The joy squad needs to have a raise. They are so sweet and we’re so thoughtful and we loved everything that they did. They are so awesome and made her the best birthday ever that she’s ever had in her entire life. Thank you joy squad!!
